1974
The adjacent house is being purchased and the shop is being renovated.
1975
Bernard Proot arrives at DelReY. Afterwards he gets to know Anne through his work in her parents' bakery. The spark flies and Anne also starts as a student worker at DelReY.
1985 - A new look
The workforce also grows to 14 employees: 7 men in the studio, 7 girls in the shop.
1993
The store is being renovated again and the tasting room is opened.
1995
After Gunther Van Essche wins the Pastry World Cup, he comes on board as chef of DelReY to raise the bar even higher.
