Terms of Sale

Orders can be placed on site in the store, by telephone or by email: shop@delrey.be

For large orders, we would like to receive your order at least 48 hours in advance.

The delivery time will depend on the size and nature of the order.

Wedding or other special celebration cakes are ordered at least 3 weeks in advance.

When placing a large or special order (outside the regular range), a 30% deposit is requested with the order. Full payment must be made before delivery of the order.

Each order must be paid in cash upon collection.

In case of delivery, the order must be paid in full in advance.

The customer must check whether the goods conform to the order upon delivery.

Afterwards we can no longer accept complaints.

Cancellations or changes to the order must be made at least 24 hours in advance; depending on the size and/or nature of the order. A cancellation by email for which you have not received confirmation from us is not considered cancellation.

Goods that have left our store will never be exchanged or taken back under any circumstances.

Del Rey cannot be held responsible if an order cannot proceed due to force majeure.
